About The Position

milk + honey is hiring a Hair Stylist for its Fort Worth location, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The stylist provides personalized haircuts, hair coloring, styling, and treatments in a welcoming salon setting. Through consultations, technical expertise, and creativity, the stylist helps guests feel confident and cared for. Salon-provided guests, ongoing education, and benefits support professional growth, and the company covers back-bar product costs. Compensation includes a 40% service commission during the first quarter, with the commission rate determined quarterly by service revenue and reaching up to 54%. Stylists keep all gratuities and earn 10% commission on product sales. There are opportunities to advance pricing levels as revenue per hour grows. Training is provided from day one, along with an annual education fund starting at $400 that increases as the stylist advances in level. The role includes work with professional brands such as Davines, Innersense, Virtue Labs, K18, Milbon, and Wella. The schedule requires working at least one weekend day each week, Saturday or Sunday. Specific workdays and shift start times vary by location and available position. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available after 30 days for team members working at least 28 hours per week. Requirements

Current Texas cosmetology license.
At least two years of experience behind the chair in a full-service salon.

Responsibilities
