About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist at its Coconut Point store in Estero, Florida. The Stylist helps deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience by ensuring customers are seen, connected with, and supported while shopping. The role leads by example in embodying the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Stylist supports leadership of the styling floor and team, as well as daily store operations, inventory coordination, and merchandising and visual standards. The position also drives store sales and leads a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team that fits the company’s HEART culture and Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example and follow company standards set by the Store Manager.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordination of operations, store inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
• Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
