About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist for its Coconut Point store in Estero, Florida. The role helps customers feel fully alive through a personal styling experience built around modern fashion, genuine advice, and the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. The Stylist leads by example to ensure every customer is seen and connected with, and helps deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience on every visit. The Stylist maintains a strong presence on the sales floor and drives sales. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Stylist supports coaching and leading the styling floor and team, as well as coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. The Stylist also supports recruiting and leads a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects the company’s culture and HEART Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and ensure customers are seen and connected with.
Lead by example and follow company standards and those set by the Store Manager.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordination, inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
