About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a full-time Stylist for its Deer Park Town Center store in Deer Park, Illinois. The Stylist leads by example to help ensure every customer receives EVEREVE’s personal styling experience and is seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and sales generation with support for team leadership and store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present. Stylists also lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the HEART culture and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example in following company and Store Manager standards.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordination, store inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
Generate sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead an assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Help ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
