About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist at its Deer Park Town Center store in Deer Park, Illinois. The Stylist helps customers feel fully alive through fashion by delivering EVEREVE’s personal styling experience and ensuring every customer is seen and connected with. The role calls for a warm, people-focused fashion enthusiast who leads by example and acts in keeping with the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. Full-time Stylists help support the styling team and daily store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present. They contribute to recruiting, coaching, sales results, inventory management, merchandising standards, and the store’s visual presentation. Previous retail or leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects the company’s HEART culture and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow company standards and the Store Manager’s direction.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales results as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
