About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a full-time Stylist for its Redmond Town Center store in Redmond, Washington. The company offers curated fashion trends and personal styling across its stores, e-commerce business, and Trendsend subscription service. The Stylist leads by example to provide every customer with the EVEREVE Styling Experience, ensuring all customers are seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and sales generation with support for recruiting, coaching, store operations, inventory, and merchandising. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Stylist helps lead the styling floor and team and supports daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects the HEART culture and delivers the HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordination of business activities, store inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive store sales as a lead sales generator.
• Lead the Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
