[solidcore] coaches lead signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity strength classes. They educate clients on using resistance-based machines and motivate people with different skill levels through challenging workouts. Classes are small, enabling coaches to provide personalized attention and accountability in a group setting. Coaches must think quickly, create an energetic and welcoming experience, and help clients discover their capabilities. All coaches complete [solidcore]'s comprehensive, selective training program, which provides individualized support, feedback, and trackable goals. Prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required. Coaches are expected to participate in team meetings and events, continue learning techniques and best practices, build relationships with clients and the fitness community, represent the brand, and create an inclusive fitness space. The role requires at least 15 hours of weekday availability, the ability to coach at least six classes (approximately nine hours) per week, and availability for one full weekend day each week. Coaches must also be able to work at least three holidays per year, including one summer holiday, one winter holiday, and one pre- or post-holiday date. Starting compensation is $40 per class. After three months of scheduled coaching, coaches may have the opportunity to earn a performance-based percentage of total class revenue. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, potential commission, free drop-in classes, and growth potential.
