About The Position

As a part-time Lead Stylist at EVEREVE, you lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You help ensure every customer is seen and connected with, while delivering the HEART Styling Experience. The role combines fashion styling and customer service with support for daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, visual standards, and sales goals. The position works a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling of 15–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Act according to EVEREVE’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, demonstrating warmth and positive energy.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling Experience to all customers.
Support the leadership team in daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
