About The Position

As a part-time Lead Stylist at EVEREVE, you lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in the store. You help ensure that every customer is seen and connected with, following the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The role requires at least 15 hours per week and combines customer styling with support for store leadership and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong, warm, and positive presence on the sales floor while demonstrating a passion for fashion and trends.
Follow company and Store Manager policies and standards.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling Experience to all customers.
Support the leadership team with daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
