About The Position
Equinox is seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience to visitors of Equinox and The Shop. The Style Advisor takes direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to support productivity and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also assists with completing operational tasks accurately and on time. The position includes achieving individual monthly sales goals, maintaining knowledge of club and Shop services and products, following loss prevention and inventory policies, and supporting operational training and communication. The Style Advisor helps maintain The Shop’s brand standards through merchandising, marketing direction, and dress-code adherence, while keeping sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms organized and clean. The role requires availability for a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service business; retail and/or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Hardworking and diligent, with honesty and personal integrity.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to use new techniques and ideas.
- Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned individual monthly sales goals as part of the total monthly store goal.
- Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products.
- Follow loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently.
- Understand communication and training materials and assist the Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of assigned operational tasks.
- Assist the Shop MOD in ensuring The Shop reflects company brand standards, including merchandising, marketing direction, and dress-code adherence.
- Maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms.
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures, and support company initiatives.
