About The Position

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Warehouse Associate for an airport retail and dining environment. The role supports inventory control and merchandise distribution while helping ensure deliveries and movement of merchandise comply with airport rules and regulations. The Associate maintains a safe, orderly warehouse, follows security and food safety procedures, and works with the General Manager, vendors, airport staff, and fellow Associates to support a positive experience for travelers.

Requirements

Ability to communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff.
Ability to use handheld or company equipment for inventory transactions.
Ability to follow workplace security, health and safety, housekeeping, maintenance, and food safety procedures.
Ability to resolve inventory control issues and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform.
Support customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
Use company-issued tools and resources appropriately and in accordance with workplace security practices.
Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates.
Maintain warehouse appearance and a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
Accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions using handheld or company equipment.
Complete required process controls and paperwork accurately.
Apply stock security procedures consistently.
Resolve inventory control issues and escalate them as required.
Identify and report discrepancies to Management according to defined processes.
Comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety requirements.
Follow the correct First In, First Out process.
Maintain good time management.
Help create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
