About The Position

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors for its West Hollywood location. The role provides an unparalleled customer experience to visitors to Equinox and The Shop. Style Advisors take direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to support productivity and compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist with accurate and timely operational tasks.

The position combines sales and customer service with operational excellence, product presentation, and professional collaboration. Compensation is $22.90 per hour, with the ability to earn bonuses and industry-leading commission opportunities. The role also includes a complimentary club membership and perks and incentives on Equinox products and services.

Requirements

• Ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer-service business, preferably retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, with honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to use new techniques and ideas.
• Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business.
• Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly individual sales goals as a contribution to the total monthly store goal.
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience to visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs, and products.
• Consistently understand and uphold loss-prevention and inventory-management policies.
• Understand company communications and training materials and assist the Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of assigned operational tasks.
• Assist the Shop MOD in maintaining company brand standards, including executing merchandising and marketing direction and following The Shop dress code.
• Maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms.
• Build effective relationships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
• Maintain working knowledge of activities and general standards and practices in other departments to encourage camaraderie and team spirit.
• Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures, and support company initiatives.
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
