Studio Partner

We Whiten•Southlake, TX
•$97,000 - $142,000•Onsite

About The Position

This is a sales-driven operator role, not a traditional spa manager position. The Studio Partner conducts one-on-one, in-person consultations with clients who have already booked, identifies their needs, presents suitable packages and financing options, handles objections, and closes sales. The role also includes performing the studio session, for which paid training is provided and no prior experience is required. The company provides the studio, brand, marketing, clients, products, systems, training, and support; the Studio Partner is responsible for making the location perform. The position is measured by revenue, conversion, average client value, follow-up, retail, and repeat business. The successful candidate takes ownership of results, stays productive independently, and works to improve performance. The role is fully onsite at the studio location listed for the job, with a Monday-to-Saturday schedule.
