About The Position
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a driven, approachable Studio Manager who can lead a team, manage studio operations, motivate a sales team, and attend to both big-picture goals and day-to-day details. The role calls for someone who is task-oriented, accountable, personable, and enthusiastic about fitness and wellness. The Studio Manager is expected to engage with members, employees, vendors, and visitors, address problems, recognize member milestones, and surpass sales goals. Orangetheory Fitness offers paid training, certifications, and support. Compensation includes base pay, commission, and performance bonuses.
