About The Position
The Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of a portrait studio in a host environment. The role provides customer service throughout the photographic, sales, and delivery experience; follows established processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography; develops team members; and is accountable for studio results, including sales average and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
- Strong math and intermediate computer skills, including navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred.
- 2+ years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
