Student Services Technician – Community College Enrollment Team – $17-20/hr W2 – Tempe Hybrid (3/2)
About The Position
SunSoftOnline is hiring a Student Services Technician for Rio Salado Community College's Student Engagement and Recruitment Team (SERT), supporting the college's enrollment goals through December 2026. The role involves 90% admissions and enrollment support for dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) using the Student Information System. This includes working with the director, site coordinators, and success coaches. Admission and registration are primarily conducted in-person at partnering high schools across the valley during school hours (approximately 7 AM to 4 PM), requiring travel between sites. The remaining 10% of the role involves Early College support, including outreach and customer service via text, phone, or email.
Requirements
- 1+ year working in secondary or higher education
- Demonstrated experience working with students
- Customer service experience with technology
- Reliable transportation needed for school-site travel
- Phoenix metro residents only
- City on resume
