About The Position

Green Coyote Cantina is bringing bold Tex-Mex flavors, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to East Cobb, and we're looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our Back of House team. Requirements

An experienced Line Cook with at least 2 years of high-volume restaurant experience.
Passionate about preparing fresh, high-quality Tex-Mex cuisine.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable working grill, sauté, fry, or other stations as needed.
A strong communicator who works well with others.
Committed to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Set up and stock your station before each shift.
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Health Department standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Properly rotate and store food products using FIFO procedures.
Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.
