Responsibilities

Maintains the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of official student academic records, including biographical and demographic data, using Ellucian Banner and related systems in accordance with FERPA and institutional policy.
Processes registration transactions to support student progression and enrollment accuracy.
Manages transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and degree verifications using Parchment and the National Student Clearinghouse.
Provides high-quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external constituents via phone, email, and in person, while interpreting academic policies and FERPA regulations.
Assists with records audits, enrollment and degree reporting, and operational support during peak academic periods to ensure institutional compliance and service continuity.
