About The Position

This part-time position will contribute to the recruitment and retention of DISCOVERY study participants, working under Dr. Elizabeth Jensen. The role involves performing general office activities, organizing work, processing mail, maintaining filing systems, and resolving problems to improve customer service.

Requirements

  • High school (at least grade 11) or college student.
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of general office activities to support the department.
  • Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time.
  • Processes incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Creates and maintains accurate filing/record system.
  • Resolves problems to improve customer service.
