About The Position

The Office of Admission is seeking Student Ambassadors to assist with recruiting and enrollment. Student Ambassadors conduct campus visits and virtual tours, communicate with prospective students through various channels, create personalized videos for admitted students, provide front-desk and main-phone coverage, assemble information packets, and assist with on-campus or virtual events. Some evening and Saturday work may be required. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be a current McMurry student.

• Appropriately dressed in business casual or professional attire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct campus visits and virtual campus tours.
• Communicate with prospective students in person, by phone, text, email, mail, and other methods.
• Create personalized videos for admitted students.
• Provide coverage of the front desk and main phone line.
• Assemble information packets for mailing.
• Assist with on-campus or virtual events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
