About The Position

Support senior government leaders in establishing and maturing a Program Executive Office (PEO) responsible for advancing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities. The role develops executive-ready briefings, communications products, decision papers, governance artifacts, and strategic planning materials, and facilitates engagements and forums that promote alignment and execution across organizations. The position also supports acquisition planning, technology modernization, capability roadmaps, and portfolio management. It leads process improvement efforts, including workflow analysis, standard operating procedure development, organizational assessments, and implementation planning. The role partners with data, analytics, and technical teams to support AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Requirements

Active and maintained Top Secret/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph; once onboard, must be able to obtain and maintain the clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
At least eight years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community organizations in strategy, transformation, acquisition, program management, organizational development, or mission support functions.
Experience developing executive briefings, strategic communications, governance artifacts, and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, digital modernization, or technology transformation initiatives in Government environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting NGA, Intelligence Community, DoD, acquisition, or mission-focused organizations.
Experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or enterprise modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of governance frameworks, operating models, business process improvement methodologies, and organizational design principles.
Experience developing capability roadmaps, implementation plans, acquisition strategies, or technology modernization products.
Executive-ready communication skills with demonstrated experience in facilitation, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive, self-directed, and immediately productive in ambiguous and evolving mission environments.
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, or working groups in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

Support acquisition planning, technology modernization efforts, capability roadmaps, and portfolio management activities.
Lead process improvement efforts through workflow analysis, SOP development, organizational assessments, and implementation planning.
Partner with data, analytics, and technical teams to support AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
