About The Position

Bridge is hiring a Strategy & Operations Generalist to expand the scope of its Strategy & Operations function, which runs the planning process and operating cadences that translate company strategy into team execution and drives high-priority cross-functional initiatives. The role will drive initiatives and own data analysis within major strategic projects, support planning and operating cadences, assess progress against company goals, and develop materials for board meetings and investor updates. The Generalist will work directly with the Strategy & Operations Lead and gain exposure to every function and to decisions shaping Bridge’s next phase. The role is designed to grow over time, with opportunities to take on larger projects, broader scope, and potentially build and own new capabilities as the company expands. Bridge provides an integrated platform for virtual care companies to scale insurance billing and become in-network nationally. Its services include payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance.
