About The Position

Authentic is seeking a high-agency generalist to become its first Strategy & Operations hire. The company’s rapid growth has created an opportunity to bring structure and automation to core business processes. This role will own important operational challenges, solve problems across teams, and help build the technology and systems needed to scale the business efficiently. Starting with financial operations, the role will own core workflows and KPIs across payments, collections, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and related areas. The hire will identify breakdowns, set priorities, and drive measurable improvements. They will also serve as a product lead by identifying high-impact opportunities, defining what to build, and working with engineering to turn manual workflows into software and agents. The role will establish repeatable processes, clear ownership, handoffs, and documentation, and drive cross-functional execution with GMs, Finance, and other teams. As the first person in the function, the hire will help define how Strategy & Operations works with other teams and establish its playbook. The role offers opportunities to expand scope, take on more responsibility, and own more of the product roadmap while helping define AI-native operations.
