About The Position

Formlabs is hiring a Strategy & Operations Analyst to turn ambiguous business problems into practical, shipped solutions. The analyst reports directly to the CIO and works closely with IT & Systems team leaders. This is an early-career role for someone who learns quickly and has analytical or operations experience in consulting, a startup, or a BizOps team. The position is based in Formlabs’ Somerville, Massachusetts office and is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.
