Strategy and Ops Lead

Pallet•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Pallet is building AI agents to automate manual workflows across the $12 trillion physical economy and improve global supply-chain efficiency. The Strategy and Ops Lead owns high-leverage growth problems and takes on work previously handled directly by the CEO, partnering with the Chief of Staff and the wider Strategy and Ops team. The role reports to Ryan Gu, Chief of Staff, and works closely with CEO Sushanth Raman, as well as leaders across sales, product, finance, and technology. The work spans channel partnerships, value-based pricing, business case development, sales enablement, executive and partnership networks, events, product and commercial strategy, and helping build the go-to-market engine. Success includes sourcing and activating partners, making pricing or business-case improvements that contribute to closed deals, and increasing the potential output of commercial and deployment teams. The role is intentionally not fully defined; its focus may shift with the employee’s strengths and the company’s needs. The position is based onsite in San Francisco (FiDi), Monday through Friday. Compensation is $150,000–$225,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits. Pallet describes itself as an in-person company, with most employees working in an office five days a week.
