About The Position

Nitra is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Sr Associate to help shape the strategy, performance, and growth of its card business. The role uses data to answer business questions, optimize card performance, evaluate experiments, and support data-backed decisions across product, marketing, and operations. It is suited to someone with experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, consulting, or an analytical fintech environment who wants to apply quantitative skills at a fast-moving startup. The full-time position offers a base salary of $140,000–$170,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary within the range depends on work location and job-related factors.
