About The Position

This role sells RRD products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory via phone or other electronic communication. Sales activities may be performed individually or in collaboration with another RRD Sales Representative. The position includes developing prospecting and sales strategies, presenting products and solutions, responding to client requests, and coordinating account knowledge with other sales or client services team members.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience working collaboratively with individuals and departments.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and adjust to business needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience promoting packaging, labels (such as UV thermal coated and RFID labels), and supply chain solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software.
B2B sales experience.
Associate degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience.

Responsibilities

Research markets and the company to identify potential clients and points of contact.
Conduct cold-calling activities.
Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based introductory meetings.
Develop strategies for presenting products or solutions.
Deliver client presentations virtually or onsite.
Respond to Requests for Proposal, Bid, Information, and similar requests.
Coordinate and transfer client and account knowledge to another Sales or Client Services team member.
Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System.
Stay up to date on RRD product knowledge and industry insights.
Analyze and filter account and prospect data to build an individual forecast and sales strategy.
