The focus is on enterprise B2B marketing with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. The primary goal is to build trust in the Meridian brand and generate pipeline at scale. The role involves defining segment strategy, executing demand generation and partner programs, and owning pipeline generation in close partnership with sales. The marketing team has experienced significant growth and operates with high ownership, collaboration, and a focus on key values: owning work, caring more than expected, building things well, and fighting for every opportunity. This is a hybrid role based in either San Francisco or Nashville, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
