This role is for a senior marketer who wants to operate as a high-leverage individual contributor, responsible for writing and running the marketing playbook for Meridian, an AI operating system developed by Pilot for accounting firms. The focus is on enterprise B2B marketing with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. The primary segment is mid-market accounting firms adopting Meridian, which is a sub-brand of Pilot. The role requires taking trust to market and generating pipeline at scale. The individual will build programs, write messaging, and own pipeline generation, with support from shared specialists. Collaboration with the Franchisor motion and Partner Marketing & Events function is expected. There is a potential growth path to managing adjacent individual contributors if coaching relationships develop, otherwise, the focus remains on individual work. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and will work with a shared team of senior specialists in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, content, and partner marketing. The marketing team has experienced significant growth and operates with high ownership, driving a substantial portion of Pilot's revenue.
