Face-to-face work with customers and colleagues, including the ability to work onsite in San Diego, and the ability to meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities and customer sites in the territory on an ongoing basis, are essential job functions. Travere offers eligible employees and dependents health, financial, work-life, and well-being benefits, including wellness and employee support programs, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans with an employer match, and generous paid time off. Compensation includes base pay and a short-term incentive, as well as long-term incentive compensation in company stock. The target base pay range is $173,000 to $225,000; actual pay depends on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
