Travere Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to drive strategic alignment with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Academic Centers of Excellence, and Large Nephrology Group Practices. The role identifies shared clinical, operational, and population-health priorities and facilitates long-term partnerships supporting clinical pathway integration, value-based care models, and multidisciplinary coordination. This is a field-based, above-brand strategist role aligning Travere’s commitment to advancing care for rare glomerular diseases, including IgA nephropathy and FSGS, with the strategic priorities of key healthcare organizations. The position is based in the Mid-Atlantic territory. Preference is given to candidates in or near Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, and Virginia, though candidates anywhere within the territory will be considered. The SAM leads strategic planning across target organizations, builds relationships with senior healthcare leaders and clinical teams, coordinates internal partners, and shares actionable insights to shape strategy, education, and access programs. The position requires residence in the assigned region and 60% domestic and international travel. Face-to-face work with customers and colleagues, possible onsite work in San Diego, and ongoing satisfaction of credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities and customer sites are essential functions. Travere offers eligible employees comprehensive health, financial, work-life, and well-being benefits, including wellness and employee support programs, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans with employer match, and generous paid time off. Compensation includes base pay, a short-term incentive, and long-term incentive compensation in company stock. The target base pay range is $173,000–$225,000.
