About The Position

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will serve as the elite, "boots on the ground" trusted advisor for our strategic clients' clinical practices, acting as the primary contact to drive the successful adoption of AristaMD’s clinical services. This high-impact mission requires a 70% travel schedule (typically four days per week in the field) to enhance provider engagement, facilitate the seamless integration of our solutions, and align client needs with our objective of improving patient outcomes and specialty care access. By maintaining this consistent physical presence, you will ensure that both client and company goals are met, directly contributing to the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. You will report directly to the Sr. Strategic Account Executive. Location: Remote (Highly recommended proximity to Houston or Dallas for ease of travel).

Requirements

  • Fluency in global risk primary care
  • Demonstrated success in clinical behavior modification
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices, healthcare delivery models, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology, data analytics, and quality improvement processes
  • Value based care knowledge
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant clinical software.
  • Strong client service orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs and expectations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred
  • Experience with clinical program implementation, management, and evaluation is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Drive Adoption: Lead provider engagement strategies to promote the use of AristaMD specialty care and consults.
  • Partner Strategically: Serve as the primary contact for assigned health centers, multi-specialty groups, and large provider groups with Value-Based/Risk components.
  • Manage the Map: Maintain a rigorous schedule traveling locally 4 days per week to clinics, with 1 day per week working from home.
  • Consult & Collaborate: Work at the center level to understand pain points, collaborate on improving the PCP experience, and meet monthly with market dyad leadership to review data and clinical appropriateness.
  • Educate & Support: Support the clinical champion program, run onsite training, and educate providers on clinical care pathways and eConsult use cases.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor clinical metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and present regular performance reviews and actionable insights to clients.
  • Bridge Communication: Receive and respond to provider issues while sharing field insights with internal teams to support strategic program development.
