About The Position

Turing is hiring a Strategic Account Director for its Enterprise AI business unit to own and expand an established custom engineering relationship with a consumer packaged goods (CPG) enterprise. The role combines commercial account ownership with operational oversight and accountability for client outcomes and delivery quality. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with a hybrid work model and regular client-site presence as required in the Plano, Texas area. The Account Director will build relationships across buying centers, identify and quantify opportunities to deploy AI in operations, supply chain, and commercial workflows, and turn those opportunities into scoped follow-on work and signed statements of work (SOWs). The role owns SOWs, pricing, margins, and account growth, while overseeing the embedded delivery team through a senior Forward-Deployed Engineer or delivery lead. The Account Director will maintain a written scope baseline and weekly issue log and identify at least one reusable component from the engagement for Turing’s Enterprise AI platform. This is not a pure delivery or project-management role: the position requires commercial expansion, client relationship ownership, regular client presence, and high accountability for connecting commercial execution with delivery quality. Turing describes its culture as client first, startup speed, and AI forward. The company works with frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 enterprises to develop AI datasets, research benchmarks, and end-to-end agentic AI systems for mission-critical workflows.
