About The Position

Turing is hiring a Strategic Account Director for its Enterprise AI business unit, focused on a consumer packaged goods client. The role owns an established custom engineering relationship both commercially and operationally, and expands the account by identifying operations, supply chain, and commercial workflows where AI can create measurable value. The director sells deployments and oversees delivery through a senior Forward-Deployed Engineer or delivery lead. The position combines commercial ownership, enterprise client leadership, and delivery accountability, with regular client-site presence in the Plano, Texas area and a hybrid work model. The role includes developing relationships across multiple client buying centers, identifying sponsors and decision-makers, assessing workflows to find quantified AI deployment opportunities, and translating opportunities into scopes of work and signed SOWs. The director maintains accountability for the relationship and business outcome, oversees delivery quality, manages SOWs, pricing, and margin, and maintains a written scope baseline and weekly issue log. The role also calls for harvesting at least one reusable component from the engagement for Turing’s Enterprise AI platform. This is not a pure delivery or project management position: the director is expected to identify and sell follow-on work, own commercial terms, and remain accountable for the client relationship and outcome. Turing describes its values as client first, working at start-up speed, and being AI forward. The company works with frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 enterprises to develop AI datasets, research benchmarks, and end-to-end agentic AI systems.

  • Willingness to work regularly on site with the client.
