About The Position

Wag N’ Wash is seeking a Store Team Member to help guests find pet food and products, answer questions, and provide a positive store experience. The role may include cashiering, stocking, assisting customers at self-wash stations, and performing walk-in nail-trimming services. Team members support one another as needed and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to pets and their guardians.

Requirements

• Be knowledgeable about animals and products to provide helpful customer service.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Pass a drug screening in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, ready-to-help attitude.
• Help customers find products and recommend merchandise based on their needs.
• Accept and process orders, operate the POS register, and resolve return issues.
• Promote special sales, offers, and the rewards program.
• Stock and catalog products, including entering data into computer systems.
• Help pet parents use self-wash stations and explain the washing process.
• Stock bathing-supply caddies.
• Provide backup support when extra help is needed.
• Perform walk-in nail-trimming services.
