About The Position
Wag N’ Wash is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers and their pets have a positive store experience. The role includes cashier, stocking, and pet-wash support. Team members assist pet parents with product and service questions, operate the point-of-sale register, maintain inventory, and guide customers through the self-wash process. The position may also include performing walk-in nail-trimming services.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Pass a drug screening where applicable by state.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have knowledge of animals and products to provide customer service.
- Provide support to coworkers when extra help is needed.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, ready-to-help attitude.
- Help customers locate products and recommend merchandise based on their needs.
- Accept and process orders, operate the POS register, and resolve return issues.
- Promote special sales, offers, and the rewards program.
- Stock and catalog products and enter inventory data into computer systems.
- Help pet parents use self-wash stations and explain the washing process.
- Stock bathing supply caddies.
- Provide backup support to coworkers when extra help is needed.
- Perform walk-in nail-trimming services.
