About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide customers with a welcoming, friendly experience in a fast-paced store environment. Team members work collaboratively and use strong communication skills and adaptability while serving customers across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. The role includes preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, processing check-out transactions, maintaining store and food-service areas, and restocking merchandise. Team members must be able to multitask and perform the physical activities described in the posting.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage check-out transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock items throughout the store.
