About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, providing hospitality and customer service throughout the customer experience. The role includes sales, food preparation, transactions, and keeping the store stocked and clean. Team members are expected to communicate effectively, adapt to change, and work together to help customers have a positive experience. Sheetz describes opportunities to grow skills across different aspects of store operations and develop a career within the company. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
