About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer service. Team members collaborate with one another, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while helping customers and keeping the store operating smoothly. The position can provide opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep store products stocked.
