About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member for a fast-paced team environment focused on customer service. Team members welcome customers, provide hospitality throughout the store experience, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, manage checkout transactions, maintain store, kitchen, and dining-area cleanliness, and keep merchandise stocked. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. Work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receives an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work together with the team and engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience.
