About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment and help create a positive customer experience. You’ll engage customers with hospitality throughout their visit and contribute to store operations across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
