About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team members contribute across store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. The position offers an additional $1.50 per hour for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it provides competitive salaries and PTO, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, employee bonuses, and other benefits.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Restock products throughout the store.
Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
