About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment and helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role involves preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, processing checkout transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking merchandise. Team members may receive an additional $1.50 per hour for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz describes opportunities to develop skills across multiple store functions and grow within the company.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep store merchandise stocked.
