About The Position
Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on creating a positive customer experience. Team Members engage customers with hospitality and contribute across store sales, food preparation, and customer service. The starting rate of pay is $14.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The stated shift needs are days and evenings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
