About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and a clean, well-stocked store. The supervisor mentors and coaches team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team. The position requires multitasking and repeated bending, standing, and reaching. It may occasionally involve lifting up to 20 pounds and assisting another person in lifting 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks. Requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
