About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members provide friendly hospitality throughout customers’ store experiences and contribute across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role involves preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining store and food-service areas, and restocking merchandise. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
