About The Position
The Store Team Member provides customer service and hospitality throughout the Sheetz store experience. This role serves food and beverages to customer specifications, handles checkout transactions, keeps the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean, and restocks products. Team members work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and may grow their skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The starting rate is $14.50 per hour. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is mornings. Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Full-time team members must work four weekend days per month.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
- Work with the team to provide hospitality throughout the customer experience.
