About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide friendly, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role involves engaging customers throughout their store experience and contributing to store sales, food preparation, and customer service. Team members may grow their skills across multiple facets of the store and pursue career growth within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Process checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock products throughout the store.
