About The Position
As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on creating a positive customer experience. You will welcome customers, provide hospitality throughout their visit, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, process transactions, and help maintain and stock the store. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
