About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment focused on providing customers with a positive experience. You’ll engage with customers through hospitality and support sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple facets of the store and grow within Sheetz. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
